OUR GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

We guarantee all of our merchandise. We take pride in the products we offer and in the service we provide. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.

If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, we will exchange it, replace it, or credit your account within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs.

You may return unused and unwashed items in good, saleable condition for a full refund. After 30 days if the item is still unused, unwashed and in 'like new' condition, we will issue a store credit. If returned items are used or otherwise not in 'like new' condition, they will be sent back to you at a minimum cost of $4.00. CD's must be returned with the plastic intact. Defective CD's will be replaced with another copy of the same title.
